Obi(Bonded with J`zargo)

Obi and J'zargo Apparently, we were named after two heroic, adventurous individuals from the fantasy world, which is ironic since we prefer a quiet, non-heroic lifestyle. We are 6-year-old brothers who were surrendered because our owner is moving. We have lived with her for five and a half years and were surprised we were not coming along. After moving into a large Roaming Room with some other cats, we have settled into a routine of eating, napping, and looking out the windows. J'zargo weighs 13 pounds and needs to lose some weight. But I, Obi, have a much greater need to lose some of my 18.7 pounds. I have a lot of trouble walking as my hind legs sometimes slide out from under me. I had to have my back shaved because, at my size, I couldn't properly groom myself; the mats had taken over. We are easygoing, friendly fellows who get along with the other guys in our room. We've lived with dogs and kids, too. The interviewer lady noticed that we both love being petted or given affection. I might be a little more sociable than J'zargo, but he's a softy once he knows you. We are willing to wait for the right person who wants to adopt us both since we must stay together. Just don't expect us to fight monsters or teach you Jedi skills. We can show you how to sleep at the drop of a hat. 4-2-24
