Oat is a little rascal who will never let a smile leave your face. He is playful and rowdy, throwing leaps and pounces in at the oddest moments. He loves fast moving toys as well as loose individual toys, and will carry them around with him. He likes to run around and play rough with his foster siblings but is more than happy to join you on your chest while relaxing or sleeping. He loves to be pet and loved on and even lets you hold him like a baby. Additionally, he loves food and will make this fact known.
