Oak

Oak is a gentle Old Soul of a kitten who can be shy at times, but once he’s comfortable with you, he’s a very playful little guy and will follow you around the house. When he’s not watching his foster mom play video games, he can be found playing with his little stuffed squirrel he “borrowed” from his foster sister or playing with one of the many plastic springs he’s stashed around the house. He doesn’t mind being picked up and will almost immediately start purring when you do. His foster parents like to call him an “Old Soul” due to his gentle and laid-back nature and the way he seems to enjoy observing everything around him. Oak would do best with another young cat, especially if they’re up for a few hours of tag every day! He’s the last of a litter of 5 and loves playing with his foster sisters (who are 2 and 4 years old and can’t quite keep up with him!). Oak has not met any dogs, so it is uncertain how he’d react to them. He has not met very many young children, but the few he has met he’s been great with. Oak is being fostered through Last Hope Animal Rescue and is currently in a foster home in Cottage Grove, MN. He is up to date on age-appropriate vaccines and have been spayed/neutered.
