Cute picture, hey? I'm Nala. I was brought to Happily Ever After upon wondering into a stranger's house through their front door. I just invited myself in, it was cold out and I wanted warmth. When I came to Happily Ever After, they were suspisious I was pregnant and guess what, they were right. I had several beautiful children who have since been adopted. When I was brought in to the vet to get fixed they were surprised to find from my bloodwork that I was diabetic. So now, I'm on insulin daily but only once daily and only 1 unit. Can you believe what a little amount that is? I do a fabulous job taking my insulin. I can be a little sneaky sometimes and try to hide if I know its coming so you must take me by surprise. But once you've got me I don't fight it. I'm getting used to being poked! I know its a lot of work to remember to give me my insulin, but I promise I will make it worth it by loving you and providing you companionship. Please give me a chance! Chin rubs, Nala
