Mufasa

DSH, orange, Male neutered, Young Adult STRAY: Mufasa is a kitten/young adult, neutered male who has had 2 sets of shots. He is an outgoing and bold fellow who would gladly shake your hand if it weren't for his paws. He likes play as long as one of his human friends is playing with him, however, he is not a cuddler quite yet. Mufasa will probably grow into the cuddling whereas he enjoys people sooo much. He will meow to find you or to be found. Mufasa has had quite a history even though he is somewhere around the young age of 7 months. He was found out in the rain and high winds, meowing loud enough that if a domestic cat could roar he would have done it. He was unable to take more than a step or two on his own without falling down. He was cold and wet. Mufasa was taken to the vet within 2 hours where he was found to be severely dehydrated and he had a high fever. He also had something on his skin causing him to slowly shed a layer of skin and hair. It's believed someone had put dog flea and tick powder on him which is toxic for cats. He is lucky to have such a good outcome. Many cats put in this situation will not survive. We believe he has the strong heart of a lion and the kind heart of a loving dad. What a survivor!
