Mother Goose
I am only 1-year-old, and I've already lived with two families. My first owner passed away, so I was brought to HSHC. I was pregnant and had my kittens in a foster home. I came back to the shelter and was adopted in mid-April. But it wasn't the right fit, so I was returned. Being such a young mother and losing my first owner may have triggered some anxiety in me, and I began looking at my tail as an enemy! I would attack it, causing injury and pain. The doctor prescribed some medicine to help me cope with my anxiousness, and I've felt so much better ever since. The interviewer lady has visited with me several times, and we have gotten along swimmingly. I gave her nose kisses, loved being pet, and demonstrated my professional purring skills. I also had a flawless showing with potential adopters. I was patient, calm, and affectionate with the children and adult. I can't tell you how much I want to find my forever home to feel safe and secure. Please consider making me your kitty. 6-12-24
