My Story

Morris the Cat is the snuggliest, loviest LAP CAT you will ever meet! Poor Morris’s owner passed away which is why he is looking for a new home. He is a gorgeous orange tabby with the classic “bullseye” pattern on his sides, and he also has the cutest speckled nose in the world! Morris is 13 ½ years old and is a laid back, no-fuss cat. He loves to watch the birds out the window, be brushed, make biscuits, play with catnip toys, roll over on his back for belly rubs, and take the occasional stroll around the house and “chirp” at you, but most of all, ALL Morris wants is a warm lap to snuggle up on. He is a wonderfully special, silly LOVERBOY of a cat and gets along great with other kitties. We ask, due to Morris’s age, that he please not be declawed. He is very gentle with his claws and causes no harm with them. This wonderful boy would love to bring you joy and laughter for years to come!

The requested adoption fee for Morris is $50. He has been neutered, received his distemper shots, tested negative for Feline Leukemia and FIV, and has been de-wormed. He would make a wonderful lifelong companion. Meet our adoptable cats and kittens at the OARS Adoption Center at 810 S. Commercial St in Neenah during our open hours every Wed. from 5-7pm, Friday from 5-7pm and Sunday from 11am-3pm.

Orphan Animal Rescue & Sanctuary, Inc. is a newly formed no-kill, volunteer-run nonprofit organization that is dedicated to changing the lives of homeless pets and helping people in need in Northeast Wisconsin.

We are a small network of foster-care homes with a small Adoption Center in Neenah. We take in abandoned, neglected and abused homeless animals, primarily from other rescues and shelters. We care for these pets until they are adopted, or, if they require lifelong care, we provide them sanctuary.

All donations go directly to the pets: to buy the food, supplies, medications and veterinary treatments for the homeless animals in our care. If you would like to be a part of the difference, Adopt, Donate, or find out how else You Can Help. To set up a time to meet an adoptable kitty, please contact
