When our owner became sick, we weren't able to call 911, but she went to the hospital. On January 10, an Animal Control Officer picked us up and took us to the HSHC. I am the eldest of our family of cats, at 13-years-old. My two brothers were adopted right away, but at my age, I will probably have to wait a while. Everyone seems to want the youngsters. But I am such a sweet-natured gentlewoman. I hope someone, also a Senior Citizen, will fall in love with my personality. I look a little shopworn and am missing some hair due to a flea allergy. But don't we all get a few wrinkles and thinning hair as we age? I more than make up for it with my loving affection. More than one staff member and volunteer is already smitten with this kitten! Don't discriminate against the seniors. Give me a chance at a happy life. 1-29-24
