Hello! My name is Max. I was surrendered to RASKC by my previous owner when they were no longer able to care for me. Now I'm ready to find a new home! I'm definitely a more independent cat who enjoys my personal space. While I do like spending time with humans, I have some pretty firm personal boundaries and am not afraid to let you know when I'm done being petted. A cat savvy home that can recognize when I'm becoming overstimulated will be the best fit for me. It may take some time to earn my complete trust but who knows? Maybe my boundaries will loosen up with some tender loving care. I am a spirited cat with a fun-loving personality! I may be sensitive to handling, so I would do best in a home with a cat savvy family who knows when to give me some space.
