Marie was born on March 23, 2023, at 1:26 am. We named her after the cute white kitty from the Disney movie, "The Aristocats". As Marie started growing and developing, so did the meaning of her name. Marie now stands for Mischievous, Adorable, Relentless, Intrepid, and Energetic. She loves playing with her toys and doesn’t like to share. To make that clear, she holds her toys in her mouth and walks away from other cats with them, much like a dog would. She doesn't enjoy being trapped or under the spotlight, but she will entertain you when you have some downtime to play with her. Her favorite hobby is jumping; she launches herself whenever her toy is up in the air to grab it. Remember how fond she is of her toys? In the Cat Olympics jumping category, she would effortlessly bring home the gold medal.
She is not your cuddly, needy kitty; however, she won’t say no to some back scratches, as long as they don’t last too long. Playing is what she was born to do. She gets along fine with other pets around the house, including dogs, birds, and guinea pigs. She can be very shy and anxious when new humans come into her space, but if you give her the time she needs, she will make friends with them and become more relaxed over time. She will come to hang around you whenever you are busiest, perhaps to remind you that she also needs your attention. Her big amber eyes will melt your heart within seconds. The power and energy of Marie are to be handled with love, fun, and care. Are you ready?
