Margarita was rescued from euthanasia at the pound in October 2007.
UPDATE 6-17-08:She is now approximately 1 year old and 7 lbs...very tiny! She is quite the lovebug and is a total lap cat! She has a little bit of orange in her fur and on her head...so adorable!
Margarita is very scared when in a new environment but once you let her know that you just want to love her she warms up to you quickly. She gets along great with cats and mild mannered dogs, but she would do best in a quiet home and will need a long adjustment period. She loves to get scratched on her cheeks and will rub on you for more attention! She is the type of cat to jump into bed with you and purr when you give her affection. She is a very vocal kitty and will tell you when she wants food or love.
Her coat is very unusual for its color and it is "ticked", which is uncommon for tabby cats! Her tail looks like a raccoon tail- it is so cute!
Margarita has tested negative for feline leukemia/AIDS, is spayed, fully vaccinated for her age, dewormed and flea treated.
