Maine Coon male

Francis: We found Francis (my son picked out the name) in our backyard on March 13th. He is a gorgeous long-haired, black and white, male cat who has been neutered. He is an indoor cat who still has his front claws – knows how to use a litter box and doesn’t seem to scratch any furniture. Someone took good care of him – he is well groomed and healthy (no feline leukemia). When we found him, he was not wearing any kind of identification. Came right up to me when I called him. Obviously not afraid of humans. He also went right into the animal carrier when I took him to the vet to get checked for a microchip. Francis gets along well with our dog – a miniature schnauzer mix. Our cat is not very happy with him but he doesn’t seem to mind her. He gets along very well with our 12-year old son and is very friendly to other humans.

Adoptions are held on Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Petco on Bay Area Boulevard (at Space Center.) We also show animals on the first and third Sundays of the month at Petsmart across from Baybrook mall. The adoption fee starts at $95. All cats are tested for FIV and Leukemia, fully vaccinated, fixed, dewormed, and defleaed. All cats are also microchipped.
