Our rescues mean a lot to the vet staff and DunRoamin' volunteers. We do everything we can to find the perfect homes for these pets, who are being given a second chance at a happy life. Lyric came to DunRoamin' on April 24, 2024, from the Upper Brighton area where she had been a stray for quite some time. A nice lady observed that she appeared pregnant and brought her for help. She was relatively healthy, thanks to the food she had been provided for the last few weeks, but the weather has been cold and windy lately, and she may not have had much for shelter. Lyric came to us on a Wednesday and gave birth the next evening to four beautiful little grey kittens: Cadence and Vibrato (both girls) and Allegro and Stacato (both boys). We are all grateful that she and her kittens have a nice warm bed, lots of nutritious food and are safe and will be healthy, thanks to the care they will receive from their new vet friend at the Florenceville Veterinary Clinic. They will be ready and anxious for new homes in June!
