Lynxie is 16 years old. She has lived in two different homes and now at 16 finds herself scared in a cage at the shelter. Her owner gave her up because of the landlord and because the owner is pregnant. Lynxie is very upset being caged, this will make it harder for her to find a home, yet her previous owner states... "very friendly, loves kids and dogs, loves to be pet and enjoys belly rubs in moderation. Likes to be picked up if you cradle her and comes when called. Honestly the best/coolest cat I've ever had and it kills me to give her up."

The shelter has an appointment only policy. We ask potential adopters to fill out our application, prior to a scheduled meeting. The staff is very accommodating, and we welcome any inquires.
