My Story

Luke was rescued after living on the streets for atleast six months that we know of ( half of his life span) after his owners abandoned him and he was left to fend on his own . We do not know what happened to his arm but he suffered a radial nerve injury outside that causes him to drag it behind him . He had a sore from dragging it on the pavement which has since healed . He has had multiple vet exams and the vets feel he is not in pain and has some feeling still there . He is healthy and we are hopeful that because he is young the nerves will regenerate in time . There are supplements that we are also researching . For now he doesn’t seem to realize he has any disability and runs jumps and plays like any other cat . He is flourishing in his foster home and a lovable little guy . We are unsure of his history with other dogs and cats but think with the proper slow safe introductions he would likely be fine . Carpet in his forever home would be a plus but not a necessity . No special arrangements are needed . He’s felv/ fiv negative neutered and UTD on vaccines .
