Lucky

Lucky and his siblings were born when a stray mother cat was found outside a fast-food restaurant in Statesville, NC scrounging around for food. The mother cat (now named Patticake) was rescued in time before giving birth and then placed in a foster home with our rescue on March 17. Mom and kittens were all given Irish names to celebrate St. Patrick's Day! Lucky is the smallest of the group, weighing less than a pound at his first visit to the the vet's office. Lucky is the sweetest of all the kittens perhaps because he's the smallest - but he also loves to chow down his food so that he can catch up to his siblings! He was examined by our vet and he is a healthy little guy! He has received his kitten shots and been dewormed and received flea treatment. The mother cat, Patti, is negative for FIV/Leukemia.
