Lucas is the sweetest boy. He is calm, gentle, playful, curious, and independent. He might be shy or timid at first, but he will open up once he feels your love. Lucas loves to play with his toys, and run fast. Lucas loves sleeping up high on his cat tree and is always super comfy. Lucas does great with older kitties and they seem to like him, too, since he won't annoy them too much. I think Lucas may be a little scared of larger animals like dogs, but he surprises me every day. I think Lucas would love a quiet household with lots of love.

Pet Refuge was formed in 1978 to help with cats and dogs in need of homes. We are a limited admission shelter that supports our local animals control facilities by helping take in the overflow of cats and dogs from their facilities. We also take in owner surrenders as space allows.
