Personality type: A work in progress - You'll have to earn their trust, but it's worth it! Lonnie is the sweetest, slinky grey boy. He's been through some trauma and needs time and patience, but when he comes out of his shell, he is a truly lovely cat. Lonnie loves to chase yarn, snoop in shopping bags, and curl up at the top of the cat tower. When he walks past one of his people, he gently wraps his long silver tail around you to let you know, "I'm here! You can pet me if you like!" He has managed very well in a busy foster household, but would do equally well in a quieter home with someone who can provide the gentle companionship that he loves. Lonnie never jumps on counters, scratches the furniture, or wakes you up at 5 am- that would be conduct unbecoming such a well-mannered cat! Lonnie loves other cats and would do great with a feline friend. He can also live with kids. Lonnie is around a year old and he is neutered, FeLV and FIV negative, current on shots, treated for fleas and worms, microchipped, and litter box trained. He is affectionate, gentle, and quiet.
