Lily

This is an updated description of me, Lily.5/29/23 I am Lily and I have been here at the shelter since last July 24, 2020 and I was only 10 weeks old. I am two years old now. I am very beautiful. I love to play with my cat toys. I do love head scratches and to be rubbed on my head and around neck and back. I just do not want to be picked up and held. I like to do what I want to do. I sleep behind the desk or in one of the three cats beds in the office. I will check out all the other cats in their cages and maybe pick on Lucky the cat who is a character I tell you. He and I are the Bosses around here. I will talk to you if I hear you or see you come into the cat office. I live out of my cage and just around in the cat building. I do have a cage but never use it. I notice that other cats will go in and sleep on my bed or eat my food. I am so happy to just be around to help with the office stuff. I just do not want to be picked up and held. I know my name and when you call my name I will call back to you and just talk and talk. I will then come to you for a head scratch and rub. You might ask " Lily how was your day?" and I might reply " Wonderful, how was your day and please give me a cat ball to play with or how about a can of cat food of my own."
