Lily

Lily is a 9 year old black female. She is very tiny and extremely cute. She is sterilized, dewormed, vaccinated and vet checked. Lily was raised in one household from the age of a kitten. She was always indoor. Her family adopted 3 more male cats, and unfortunately the males bullied her for her entire adult life. She lived under furniture for all that time. She and one of the males, Charles (listed for adoption separately) were surrendered to Robin Hood Rescue because their family was moving, and because their family wanted them to have better quality of life. Now that Lily is in foster, she is already coming out of her shell and adjusting well. She is still a bit afraid, avoids contact with people if they're passing by her, but absolutely loves pets if she's lying down on the furniture in the living room. She never hides. With a lot of gentleness and patience, and with no other animals in the home, Lily could make so much progress and not be afraid anymore. She is very small and fluffy and has short legs, and when she runs around it's heartbreakingly cute. Even though Lily has had a difficult, loveless life so far, she is so calm, peaceful and gentle.
