Hello Everyone!

My name is Lila. I’m the beautiful brown tabby, with white and gold markings all over me. Some people would call me a torbie with white. If there is one word to describe me, it would be dainty. I am very small (well, I am still a kitten after all!) and my foster mom says that I'm quite the little lady. Whenever someone picks me up I tuck my tail between my legs, pull my paws into my chest and wrap myself into a little ball so that I can be cuddled!

But my beginnings weren't quite so frilly. I was born around the beginning of July and found at a trailer park, along with three of my siblings, when I was just a tiny kitten. Homeward Trails came to rescue us and we were all so hungry that we jumped right into the van, before anyone even asked us to!

Since then I have been living in a foster home with my brother Sammy and two other cats. I get along well with all of them, and would love to be in a home with another cat. One of the cats in my foster home is 14 years old and I love to cuddle with him. I also love to wrestle with Sammy. So I don't mind if the cat in your home is old or young--I will get along with anyone!

And you don't have to worry about bad kitty habits with me! I promise to use the litter box and I won’t scratch your furniture! HONEST! I even even let my foster mom clip my nails!

I am still a little shy, but do like affection. I just need some consistency and TLC and a little time to come out of my shell. I will reward you with lots of love.

The adoption fee for this cat is $145, which covers the cost of routine vet care, as well as spay/neuter surgery.
