LIGHTNING is one of 3 surviving kittens of her litter. He arrived at the shelter with his mother and other siblings in early June when the kittens were about 7 to 8 weeks of age. Sadly, not all of them made it, and that is not uncommon. However, LIGHTNING and one brother and sister were the strongest kittens in the litter and they have been thriving alongside their mother at the shelter. The kittens are due for their second set of kitten vaccines, which will be administered by staff. LIGHTNING has not yet been eutered and that must be done before he can go home with you as your own. Serious adopters are encouraged to CALL the shelter to schedule an adoption appointment. Staff can explain the adoption procedures and fees when you call. The shelter does require EXACT change in the form of cash or a check. The shelter is UNABLE to accept credit or debit. So, please go prepared!
