One of 7 kittens born to Mama Lil Mama, she was transferred to surrogate Mama Nellie after Mama Nellie's babies drowned in a storm drain. Her own babies were only a few days old at the time of loss and Mama Lil Mama needed some help. Both mamas and all babies are doing exceptionally well with this arrangment and are thriving. And Mama Nellie isn't sad anymore.
