LANA is a DMH black & grey tabby, approximately 2 years of age, who grew to be a favorite cat at Animal Control. It was evident that she had had a hard life because something was wrong with one of her eyes. Was it a birth defect? An old eye injury? Despite that fact that it appeared she was missing a eye, she still was friendly and sweet. Pulled out of Animal Control since it looked as though no one wanted this sweet cat, she was taken to the vet for her check up and it was discovered that due to an eye injury or infection that was never taken care of, her eye ruptured. Lana had her eye surgery 1/13, and even with one eye, it doesn't slow her down. This kitty is a wonderful cat and would make a great companion to someone. She is extremely loveable and very affectionate.
