Lacey was originally believed to be dumped by the marina in Monroe, she was then taken to a community and released outside. Finally she was taken in by a FOCA volunteer living in the area and we agreed to find her a permanent place to call her home. All of our cats are spayed/neutered, tested for FIV/FeLV, had age appropriate vaccines, dewormed and flea treated before heading off to their forever homes.
