Koru

Koru came to the Hermitage as a transfer from another rescue! He was adopted shortly after that, but the family wasn't the right fit for this unique boy so he was brought back to us. Koru has such a spunky, confident, silly personality. He is a staff and volunteer favorite here at the shelter. I mean look at that handsome, round face! How can you resist? Some people call it a checkerboard, some call it a question mark. Who really knows. All we know is he's adorable! Koru needs an understanding, knowledgeable, cat savvy adopter who can treat him like the king he truly is! Koru can get overstimulated fairly easily which may cause him to bite or scratch. He has some warning signs that his new family would need to pay attention to. For anyone who has met him before, he is now in our General Population room. He graduated recently so he could get some more exercise in a bigger room. Since he's aged a bit, his behavior with other kitties has greatly improved. It is important to know that he does tend to inappropriately urinate. This appears to be behavior related.
