Kim is a fun-loving, spunky, 5-year-old girl who always wants to be part of the action. She is looking for a special person or family, who understand cats, that she can call her own. She has been waiting over 600 days as of this writing, which is way too long. Kim came to NAWS in November 2022 from a scary shelter in southern Illinois. She did well with a foster family who had a dog. She is OK with some cats but would probably be better being the only cat in the house, or maybe one cat that matches her energy level. An experienced adopter would be best - when stressed she can be a bit nippy. But don't let her fool you, because this girl loves to play! When playtime is over, she loves pets and attention. She’s trying to learn to snuggle and is hoping that special person can show her how. Kim LOVES playing in her tunnel, which doubles as her favorite bed. Kim needs adopters who will love her for who she is and be comfortable with her behaviors. She truly just wants to be loved - could you play with her and give her lots of love and attention?
