Hi! My name is Kiah and I'm looking for a loving home to call my own! I've been at the shelter since July 3rd. Staff doesn't know much about my background, because my previous family left me behind in their apartment when they moved. I am very shy, and it takes me a while to open up to new friends and come out of my shell. When I feel comfortable, I am very sweet and affectionate! My ideal home would be quiet and calm. Staff is unsure how I do with other animals, but there is a chance I would get along with another calmer kitty friend. If you are interested in adopting me, please visit Animal Allies at 4006 Airport Road or you can call the Adoption Team at 218-722-5341 as early as 10:30 AM and place a nonrefundable $25 hold towards my adoption fee to put you first in-line to adopt! Our adoption team is available via phone Tuesday-Saturday from 10:30am-6:00pm and Sunday 10:30am-4:00pm. Our adoption process is first come first serve. KIAH'S ADOPTION FEE: $75 plus tax. This fee is used for the extensive costs associated with vetting and otherwise caring for Kiah and future pets at our shelter. Every adopter from Animal Allies receives a pet that has been spayed or neutered, fully vaccinated, and microchipped. Our pets also receive dental work or other treatments when necessary. In addition, Animal Allies provides free lifetime post-adoption counseling to help with any behavioral issues or concerns you may have for your new pet!
