Hi I'm Kendall! I'm a beautiful short-haired grey girl with a white patch on my chest, a lot like my cousins the Russian Blues only no fancy papers. I came here after being rescued from trying to survive outside and am so ready for a furever home. I had a rough time outside, as we found out with radiographs that showed two previously broken ribs and a bullet fragment in my left arm.  But I'm a survivor and  learning to trust again! Happy Cats is working with our veterinarian to get safe pain medication for me. I am very sweet and gentle most times, but can get overstimulated and nip to tell you when I've had too much petting. Not surprising considering what I've gone through! I do have my playful times between naps and pets. Once I feel safe, I may be a Kitty Admin and follow you around and 'help' you with your work/chores. I may also be brave and confident enough to become a Snuggle Bunny if you are patient with me. I love my humans the most, but am afraid of other cats and have no experience around human children or dogs. I would prefer a home where I am the only fur-baby who can have all the attention. I may be able to coexist with an older cat-friendly dog and an older human child, but I can not guarantee any snuggles with them. I'm about 3 years old and can be adopted for $100.
