Katie is a beautiful little girl that has a shy side. She is cautious in the beginning until she trusts. She is a sweet angel and super loving when she was in a foster home. Katie was adopted and brought back due to no fault of her own ~ when she came back she was scared so we are not sure if something scared her at her home and she hasn't gotten over it. She comes around to see what the volunteers are doing and is always up for treats and canned food.
