My Story

Dear Human, my name is Juneau. I am an awesome, quiet, and tender cat with some foxy traits. I used to live in town of North Wilkesboro, surrounded by dogs and sketchy folk. My kittens and I were rescued and brought over to the town of Durham (which I hear is a great foodie place, but I wouldn't really know, I'm a Cat!). My kittens have now moved on to living happy and healthy lives, and I am now looking for a forever home! I would like to find a quiet home with gentle people, whom I can talk to, adore, cuddle with, and love unconditionally. Because this is what we cats are here for - to give love, comfort, and company to those who take care of us. My foster mom says that I am really good at all those things. A note from Juneau's foster mom: Juneau is indeed an incredibly gentle, caring, and attentive cat. She loves human company, she will tell you about her day and listen about yours. She prefers quiet spaces with windows so she can see the world outside. If that sounds like a cat you are looking for, she is your perfect match! Apply to meet her and come see for yourself!
