J.R. was found as a stray cat with his Mom, Bunny, and his sibling, Littes, by a good samaritan near Edwards Air Force Base. She took them in and started feeding them and her children played with them and got them all used to being held. She contacted us for help as she already had animals and couldn't afford to take on 3 more. We sent a volunteer up to retrieve them from her, set them up with appointments to get spayed/neutered and tested for feline leukemia and FIV (all negative for both!), and microchipped. They have also been vaccinated and are all ready to go to their new homes.
We are hoping they will get adopted by the end of the year so they can start enjoying life with their forever families.
