Our rescues mean a lot to the vet staff and DunRoamin' volunteers. We do everything we can to find the perfect homes for these pets, who are being given a second chance at a happy life. The application process requires pre-adoption applications, references, and interviews with you and those listed on your application in order to ensure a successful placement. If you are interested in learning more about the pet listed, please complete an application at https://form.jotform.com/60793520585259 and a representative will be in touch!
Josie came to DunRoamin' on June 21, 2022 from the Victoria County area where she had been diagnosed with diabetes. Unfortunately, no one was available to provide her care, so she came to DunRoamin' to live with our two diabetic cats who eat Diabetic food and require insulin injections twice daily. Josie was born about June 17, 2012.
Josie is a beautiful little girl who is slowly settling in with Furgie and Gaia. Thanks to the care and interest provided by her vet friend at the Florenceville Veterinary Clinic, Josie does not require insulin injections - just diabetic food for the time being. Perhaps some day, she won't even need that!
Josie is doing well and is hoping for a permanent home very soon - she deserves it!
