Hello, I'm Johann. As a kitten, I value my independence and enjoy my personal space. I might be a bit shy at first, but give me some time and I'll warm up to you. I enjoy quiet afternoons and the soft hum of a peaceful home. I'm not the type to demand constant attention, but I'll always be there, a comforting presence in your life. I may be young, but I have a lot to offer. Adopting me means gaining a loyal companion who will cherish the quiet moments with you. It's not about saving a life, it's about enriching yours. Johann requires serious decompression time in his new home. He is not an "instant gratification" pet, especially if you prefer to be immediately hands on. Johann needs a quiet low-traffic home that has experience socializing shy and timid cats. He needs a family committed to helping him feel safe and trusting of humans. What he does not need is to be returned like a pair of shoes that didn't fit right. He would do best with a friendly and affectionate cat who can mentor him on "how to cat". Johann is currently living with his sister Frieda in a house full of cats, dogs, and 2 adult humans. Born July 2023 and is located in a foster home.
