Jersey is a quiet cat that will need some patience but once you have his trust, he's a sweet guy! He did test positive for FIV. FIV is a virus that lives in a cat and can cause a weakened immune system. It is NOT contagious to humans, dogs or any other species besides cats. And it is only contagious through deep, penetrating bite wounds - something we don't see Jersey ever doing to another cat! Adoption fees are $50.00 for adult cats and $75.00 for kittens at the time of adoption. Our adoptions are done by approved applications, so you must apply and be approved before being able to meet any of our cats or kittens. Applications can take a few business days to be approved and you will be emailed with communications regarding your application.
