Jay is the sweetest boy, he turned up in a colony with a neck injury -- he had surgery to take care of his wound and is recovering nicely. He is so grateful to be loved that he shows it through gentle nibbles; it really is the sweetest thing ever. He truly is an amazing cat! He is estimated to be about 4 years old and has a $150 adoption fee. Jay comes to you fully vetted! All cats adopted through our shelter are vaccinated, combo tested (negative unless otherwise noted), microchipped and spayed/neutered before going to their new home. Please only apply for a specific kitten if you are committed to adopting! We make no breed guarantees, we are a rescue, not a breeder. Our workers are all volunteers and it takes time to process applications. We are a registered 501c3 non-profit organization, with ZERO paid workers or admins. Our rescue covers food/litter, vet care, combo testing, vaccines, microchip and spay/neuter for all of our animals before they are adopted! We serve an area within (around) a 2.5 hour radius of DFW but will consider adoptions outside of that range and do have the ability to fly animals to adopters at an additional fee.
