Whoever had Jade before Homeward Trails took her in but did not value her life. She, a kitten of 20 weeks (as of 10/16/08), was left in a box at 10 weeks by a busy intersection to fend for herself. Luckily some higher power was looking out for her. The occupants of a local apartment building were worried about her and contacted Homeward Trails and Jade began the best chapter of her life. Jade is a little kitten with a very, big gregarious personality. Charismatic, she brings out the best in whomever she encounters, animal or human. She is at the same time, a love bug par excellence, adores cuddling and will sit endlessly on your lap. She squeaks when she meows.!! It is the cutest thing to hear. She looks right at you and sqeaks like she expects you to understand exactly what she is saying. Her heart is full of love and compassion that comes out of her in a little white spot at of her throat area. She has a shiny black coat that feels like mink and striking green eyes , thus the name Jade. But , honestly , I think BB (from Beatrice) fits her perfectly. She loves life, loves to be alive especially now living in a nice warm home where she gets lots of food , attention and company!!. She lives with an older cat, Simon, an orange tabby, ( see his webpage below) whom she adores and is constantly pal-ing around with . He loves her too, and even plays with her inspite of his serious self (he is a scardy cat )see his listing).
