**Please read the entire description before inquiring about this kitty. Hello, my name is Howard, but I really answer to Howie (est DOB 4/23/24). I think I was meant to be born as a dog because I come when my name is called and I run to the door when my people come home. I love playing with my brother and sisters. When I lose them, I meow-meow out loud to find them. In my free time, I enjoy snuggling with my fellow kitties, and sleeping on my person with my loud motor running. Let me show you how loving, sweet and devoted I will be! My siblings are Stewart, Penny, and Bernadette. Howard has been neutered, microchipped, and is up to date on age-appropriate vaccines. Howard needs to be adopted with one of his siblings OR to a home with another cat to keep him company. This kitty is in a foster home.
