HOPE

Hope is a special 5 y.o. kitty who really lives up to her name! She comes with an amazing and inspirational survival story.

Abandoned outside alone, for years, living near an illegal dump- Hope had to struggle every day of her life- in a constant search for food, water and shelter. During this time, she had several litters of kittens. Unfortunately, without any human help for Hope and her kittens, most of them were not able to survive to adulthood. When the dump was later seized by the town- they intended to trap and kill what they thought were feral cats.

Fortunately, Hope and her one daughter Faith were rescued. They were later discovered to be tame and placed in a foster home. Faith has already found her loving forever home and now Hope is ready for her turn.

After only 2 months in foster care, Hope has come a long way in regaining her trust. She will allow you to stroke her back and scratch under her chin. She is becoming more affectionate and interactive everyday and loves to be spoken to (she will even chatter back to you). She is a sweet, quiet cat who loves to play with catnip toys, is good with other cats and dogs and has excellent litter-box habits.

Because of her difficult past Hope needs a very special owner who understands that they will need to earn her trust and affection. With patience and time Hope will blossom into a beautiful, affectionate and loving companion.

For years she has hoped for a better life basking in the sun - free of fears and worries.

She deserves that.....and finally she can have that dream come true!
