** COURTESY POST FOR INDEPENDENT RESCUER:
Hobbs is one of the most fun kitties we’ve had. His temperament is amazing and he loves to just be with people, following you everywhere. He loves to play, be held, get kisses and hang out with other kitties. His best friend is Samara who looks like his “mini-me”. They will entertain each other all day until they pass out in the same spot
Hobbs is an FIP survivor. He ended up with ocular FIP in 2020 when he was 4 months old. He endured the injections and didn’t have a relapse 6 months after. The only remaining reminder of what he overcame is a chronic watery eye. It can tend to water when he plays hard or gets stressed out. It does calm down and goes away in between those 2 triggers.
Hobbs loves to talk, snuggle, sleep with you and be with you when you are working. We would love to see him go with Samara or be with another cat he can play with and enjoy. He would not be a good candidate for someone who works all the time.
Hobbs is:
. Neutered
. Vaccinated
. Microchipped
. Combo Tested Negative: FELV/FIV
. Flea Treated
. Dewormed
. Litter Box Trained: All Natural, Unscented Litter
. Loves his cat trees with rope sisal
. Best Buds: Samara, Tamiya & Lucius
PETFINDER FORMS EXPLANATION:
* Adoption Application: If you are ready to adopt, filling out an adoption application gets the adoption process moving forward for approval & home delivery. Adoption applications receive priority over inquiries.
* Petfinder Inquiry Forms: To avoid any confusion, the inquiry form is a brief email form if you have questions. It does not start the adoption process.
FACT: Did you know 80-90% of the cats in shelters are from the streets? Please help support your local TNR (Trap.Neuter.Return.) groups who are on the streets making a difference by stopping the overwhelming number of litters being born. Please consider fostering with us to save more lives. Always remember to Sterilize....Don't Euthanize!
