Herman was found wandering Harmon Park in Kearney asking people for attention as he made his rounds. He is affectionate and seems to be ok around other cats although he has not been tested around dogs. He is an older gentleman and has been diagnosed with Hyperthyroidism, and will need those medications twice a day which he takes well.
