Henry

This special little boy is ready for you to take him home! Meet Henry, the survivor. Yes, survivor! Henry was found behind the tire of a vehicle - after it had already been driving. Thankfully, Henry did not have a single scratch on him but it did leave him a little shaken. We cannot imagine how scary of an experience that must have been for him! Henry is a little shy, he likes to take in his surroundings and makes sure he is safe before his inner confidence is shown. Underneath his cautiousness, is a loving kitten that is ready to come out. Henry is a constant purr machine. He likes to be pet and handled, he just needs to be sure about you first! He really loves a good wand or string toy too. If his future adopter can have fun toys and some treats (highly recommend Churu's), winning Henry over and showing you are loving and trusting will come easily and you will be able to see what a fun and loving little boy he is! Henry has not been introduced to dogs. We anticipate he could acclimate to them well with time, but will probably be scared and hesitant at first. Henry has been exposed to other cats and does GREAT with them. We would love to see Henry go into a home that has other cats as he loves to play with them and is much more confident having other feline companions around. This is not a requirement though! Henry can do fine being the only kitty around, he just needs an adopter that will earn his trust! Henry has already been neutered and is UTD on his distemper and rabies vaccinations. He is also microchipped and tested negative for FIV, FeLV, and heartworms. Henry's adoption fee is $200. Adopters will go home with all medical records and instructions on how to register the microchip.
