Hattie has been through lots of changes in her short life so far. Adopted from another shelter when she was younger only to be traumatized by children and simply dropped off at our shelter because she started to standup for herself. Hattie has list things of things that she is looking for in her new home. First to be spoken to in a soft manner, a sunny window for her to check out the coming and goings of birds and squirrels, someone who will love her unconditionally even if she gets a little ornery sometimes and most of all a quiet home with NO children or other cats. Obviously she is not a fan of being picked up but once she gets to know you she will lay on your lap and follow you around and become your new best friend. We are looking for a single owner or a couple that is well seasoned with cats and will give her the time to settle in and the love that she deserves.
