Harvest

Mew! I know that summer’s barely started, but soon it will be autumn, and you know what that means? Harvest! I’m a 3-month-old, brown tabby and white male kitten named Harvest, for the Harvest Moon. (This year’s Harvest moon is September 17.) I’m one of four “Full Moon” kittens who were born in a foster home to a mama kitty named Flower Moon. She was found as a stray in Lanesboro on March 16, and we were born just 2 weeks later, on March 31. Like my sister and brothers, I have tall white socks and white mittens. We are not true extroverts with people, but we do like to play with each other. We get the crazies, zipping around, chasing each other and making a racket! My foster mom called me the “least zoomie kitten” and said that I am a “mama’s boy” with my birth mom. Maybe mama would let me go home with her, if that’s okay with my adopter? You’ll love me (and my mama too). Someone once said, “Love is like a harvest moon; it lights up the darkest nights and fills your heart with hope.” I hope that’s true. Shine on, Harvest Moon!
