****Foster to Adopt**** Hello, friends! I'm Harlow, an elegant mini panther lady with sultry green eyes. I was born in 2016. Not only am I a beauty, I'm also very curious and observant about my surroundings. I'm adorably opinionated and love telling my visitors all about my views on everything, from my food being delivered to the activity I observe while looking out the window at the outside world! Sometimes I think I just might be able to catch one of the birds that flies past. I'd love for my next home to have a nice cat tower where I can sun myself and pursue my bird watching hobby! When not observing, I will love for you to pet behind my ears and under my chin, and I will repay you with lots of purrs and affection! I came back to MaxFund in Nov 2022 because my owner was moving and did not take me with them. While I'm diabetic, PLEASE, please keep reading... being diabetic does not stop me from being the delightful, loving, affectionate girl that I am. Truly, all I need is a loving home, a consistent insulin schedule and a proper diet. My insulin is very easy to administer -- I put up no fuss whatsoever and take it with ease. The MaxFund medical staff will go over everything with you. I think I'd be happiest in a home where I'm your only cat and where any children are older. However! My former owners also had a dog and we got along famously! I know that I will be overjoyed, and beyond grateful, to find the perfect family who will value me as their forever kitty.
