Hans

Hans is around 4 years old. Sadly, Hans came to the shelter in April 2024, when his owner had to go to a place that doesn't allow animals. He was loved and now finds himself looking for another person(s) to love him. The family of his owner described him as "really great with kids, a sweet cat that sits on laps and LOVES catnip." He likes to be pet but no belly rubs. He's a little shy with new people but adjusts quickly and then you can hear his "huge purr". He was an indoor cat and never around dogs. While he tolerates other cats, he prefers to be the star of the show. One of the volunteers likes to carry him around and have him sit with her while she does paperwork. So if you're looking for someone to spoil, come meet Hans. He has been neutered, tested negative for FeLV/FIV, microchipped and is up to date on vaccines.
