Meet Mr. Halstead! He is doing very well and is extremely affectionate. He came in to the clinic as a stray approximately 2 weeks ago. He had a severely fractured right front leg and also had some nerve damage. He was such a tough, nice cat through all of his discomfort that I did not have the heart to euthanize him. I amputated the leg and neutered him as well. He is FeLV/FIV negative and has had his first FRVCP/leukemia vaccination and his rabies vaccination. I removed his stitches earlier this week. He is getting around great. He is a black and white tuxedo kitty, approx 5 months. He has 6 toes on his remaining front leg.
