Meet Hagrid, a gentle, shy, yet brave kitten found in an enchanted forest. Legend says, Hagrid was discovered by a group of mischievous pixies who, impressed by his courage, decided to gift him with magical abilities. His purrs are said to bring about good luck, and his playful pounces can somehow make worries disappear. One day, Harry Potter, a wizard strolling through the woods, found Hagrid. Recognizing his magical potential, Harry decided to bring him to CARE, knowing that a loving muggle family could provide the care Hagrid needed. Hagrid is not just a pet; he's a companion, a friend, and a little ball of magic waiting to fill your life with joy and wonder. Adopt Hagrid and let his magic brighten your everyday life. He is still a bit shy but loves to play and hang out with other cats. He is very treat and food-motivated and loves to chase dangling toys. Update: 7/22/24 Hagrid has been doing great at his foster house, he now enjoys cuddles and pets. But he is really the happiest when with the Foster's other cats. The Foster's recommendation is for Hagrid to go to a home that has another cat or with one of the other kittens we have here at CARE. He will still be shy until he gets comfortable in his furr-ever home. Hagrid will come fully vaccinated, microchipped, and neutered. His adoption fee is $100.00 CARE's adoptable pets are specifically evaluated and selected to be family and companion animals. We place them in foster homes where they live in the home environment and become part of the family while awaiting permanent adoption. For that reason, they will do best in homes where they are primarily inside pets and spend lots of time with their families.
