My Story

Approx DOB: 2022 Gracie, female, and Watson, male, are a brother and sister pair of playful orange kitties who love being mischievous almost as much as they love attention and pets. They'll go crazy for some catnip and adore scratching posts, mouse toys, catnip pillows, wands, laser lights and just about every other form of cat entertainment out there. They don't take long to warm up to a new space, and Gracie especially loves being on a perch of some type. These two go through a classic kitty "witching hour" at least once a day where they zoom around chasing ghosts, or dust particles, or whatever it is they think it's imperative to catch. They'll come on request for some pettins', but you may need to reach past Watson to give some attention to Gracie, as he tends to be an attention hog. These two youthful (roughly 2 years of age) characters are bonded and have been together their entire lives. They lived together with an elderly man who unfortunately passed long before them, leaving them homeless. They must be adopted together, but we promise that together, they'll put a smile on your face with their goofy antics. Reach out to meet them! All cats are vaccinated, dewormed, treated with flea preventative, tested negative for FeLV/FIV, microchipped, and spayed/neutered prior to adoption. Adoption application, phone interview, home visit, and adoption fee required (+ PA Sales tax). Adoption fees are: Baby (Kittens up to 1 year) = $125 Young & Adult (1-7 years) = $100 Seniors (8+ years) = $80 Please also read our Core Values prior to applying at www.furryfriendsnetwork.com/adopt/our-expectations. If you are interested in adopting a cat(s), we ask that you complete an on-line adoption application to get the process started. To apply, simply go to www.furryfriendsnetwork.com / Adopt a Furry Friend / Adoption Application. You will receive a welcome email once your application has been assigned to a volunteer processor (this should be within 72 hours of submitting an application). If you do not receive such an email, contact [email protected]. Once your application has been processed (this can take approx. 10-14 days), we will arrange contact with the foster to schedule a time to meet cats you might be interested in. We are an all-volunteer organization and appreciate your patience during this process. Foster Homes are needed in order to help more animals like this one. Please consider opening your heart and home to a homeless animal. Check out our website on how to become a Foster Parent! Visit www.furryfriendsnetwork.com and look under Foster a Furry Friend. Furry Friends Network provides our foster homes with food, litter, crates/carriers as needed and miscellaneous other supplies as well as veterinary care.
