This little cutie was trapped as a stray earlier this year, and is completely healthy, strong, gained his confidence & is ready to find his Forever Family!! GOVERNOR is a bit of a charmer, just look at that face - can you resist it?? He's mostly white, with the exception of his black tail and markings on his head.
